SIRANA Global is a community-driven, volunteer-powered organization built on compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection. We exist for one purpose: to support individuals and families facing hardship and to bring hope to those who feel unseen.
Our work is grounded in empathy and carried out with sincerity. Whether we are providing care, resources, or simply a comforting presence, we believe that even the smallest act of kindness can create meaningful change.

SIRANA Global is a non-profit organization. It aims to uplift the people who are suffering from hardships by providing them with quality education, health care, and social support. We believe every individual deserves opportunities, and we hope to make their lives better, no matter who they are or where they live.
We are giving our word of honor to serve unseen, unheard, and underserved communities through our sustainable programs. We are working to make a long-term change to break the cycle of hunger, poverty, and inequality.

The founding principle of SIRANA Global is to provide support to families with kindness and to earn their trust. Our plan of action is to keep things simple, listening to the problems of every individual and providing long-term solutions to open a better chance for children.

We help children access schooling by providing supplies, fees and guidance that keep them learning with confidence and consistency.
We support families with medical care, treatment assistance, essential health services that protect vulnerable children.

Access to clean, safe water is a fundamental human right, yet millions of people still live without it.

Every few minutes, a child dies — not from war or disaster, but from something completely preventable: malnutrition.
TMSG began its journey in Africa, supporting children in Sierra Leone, Malawi, and Ghana suffering from Severe Acute Malnutrition.
Founded in 2018 by the Rotary Club of St. Catharines South (Canada), TMSG now works to protect children under five, pregnant women, and lactating mothers through nutrition, therapy, and community outreach.
SIRANA Global and TMSG join forces to fight malnutrition and ensure life-saving nutrition reaches children who need it most.
Together, we strengthen communities, empower families, and create a foundation for healthier futures.
Help International Welfare Trust (HIWT), established in 1994, is a non-profit NGO dedicated to providing modern and comprehensive medical facilities to underserved populations across Pakistan.
Over the years, HIWT has expanded from a small computer and language centre to a broad welfare organization offering free blood-transfusion and thalassemia care, medical treatment, eye operations, blood donation & research services, emergency food distribution, and support for vulnerable communities.
Together, SIRANA Global and HIWT aim to bring reliable medical care, nutritional support, and social welfare services to marginalized and needy communities.
Our partnership seeks to ensure that essential health services, emergency relief, and hope reach those who otherwise would go without.
Every day, vulnerable women and seniors face challenges that threaten their dignity, independence, and wellbeing from personal crises and economic hardship to lack of access to health, social, and community support.
Anam Foundation began its journey to empower women who have faced adversity such as single parenthood, crisis situations, and social instability. The organization provides comprehensive support including education, vocational training, emotional care, health awareness programs, and community services tailored to uplift women and seniors in need.
Founded and officially registered in January 2023, Anam Foundation operates in Canada with a mission to help women overcome obstacles, build self-reliance, and lead more fulfilling lives. The foundation also runs health awareness programs and organizes special pilgrimages for seniors to support holistic wellbeing.
SIRANA Global and Anam Foundation join forces to expand support for vulnerable women, seniors, and communities.
Together, we strengthen resilience, enhance access to essential health and social services, and build foundations for empowered, healthier futures for those who need it most.
